| Performance – The following performance measures must be tracked for each nominated service provider:
- The average time of arrival on scene
- The ratio of complaints to dispatches
- The ratio of service completions to service opportunities
- Percentage arrived on scene within ETA
Other Criteria – Information on the following subjective criteria should be provided:
- Uniformed driver policy
- Vehicle and driver presentation (photos required)
- Facility background check policy
- Previous awards, including club ERS
- Participation in association strategic initiatives
A narrative must also be submitted which the judges will review. The narrative should address innovative business practices, specific examples of outstanding service to AAA/CAA members, sample press clippings, proof of community involvement, and information setting the nominee apart from others.
